Writing

In our English curriculum, the children revisit writing text-types across the year and the key stage. This allows them to develop their understanding of the features and how they can improve the quality and depth of their writing in this genre over time. This document outlines how the content and quality of non-fiction text types expand as children progress through their time at Minterne and helps teachers to ensure that they continue to stretch and deepen their expectations of the pupils’ writing.
