Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am writing to inform you that we at Principal Catering are delighted to have been awarded the catering contract at Minterne School, and this award allows us to continue our strong and successful partnership with more schools within Kent.
As part of this new contract there are a few minor changes and one of these is that the management of the collection and reconciliation of the Dinner Money becomes the responsibility of Principals.
The cost of the meals for the Academic Year 2012-13 is £2.25per meal per day.
There is still the option to pay for an individual day, however we would request that ALL meals are paid for in advance. Please ensure that if you pay for your child’s lunch that this is done in advance, preferably on a Monday morning in a clearly marked envelope with your child’s name and class and the dates you would like them to have lunch. Cheques will need to be made out to Principal Catering. Cash will also be accepted as will online payments (Please see our website www.principals-catering.com). The website will be updated with the School name in the drop down box over the summer holidays ready for use in September
