  Chis Cooke, Olympic Swimmer and Gold Medal Winner at the Commonwealth Games, Melbourne, travelled from Yorkshire to give the children an inspiring talk.
  Other activities during the day included table tennis, athletics and golf.

• Fireworks Extravaganza

  The Minterne Fireworks Extravaganza will take place on Thursday 3rd November 2011. Gates open at 6.15pm and the fireworks will start at approximately 7.00pm.

   

  Tickets will be available at the gate.

   

  Prices are -

   

  Family Tickets - £15.00* (£13.00 if booked by 2nd November)

  Adults               - £5.00

  Children and Senior Citizens - £4.00
